Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us at within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. Software licences that have been activated must be deactivated before a refund can be given; contact us and we will help you with the process. Once deactivated, the software must be uninstalled and any copies of the software on your systems must be deleted. 

This refund policy does not apply to software licences which have been used for commercial gain since their purchase, or upon which any attempt has been made to disassemble or alter the product. Any costs involved in deactivating software licences or returning a purchased product are to be paid by the buyer.
